Health Information System

Health Information System is a secured web based application that captures and preserves health profile of Employees (officers/contractual) of ICT division and it's underlying agencies. The system is targeted to preserve latest health related information of each employee. Employees will enter his/her health profile in the system. It provides dashboard for each user, that shows summary of employee health profile via textual and graphical representation. Office Admin will be able to view details of employees' health info, thereby it will help organizations to monitor employee health condition quickly with ease.
